Each program is customized with your photos, obituary, order of service, acknowledgements, and special memories to create a meaningful keepsake for family and guests.

We offer both standard programs and tri-fold programs depending on the layout and amount of information you would like included.

Information Needed for Your Memorial Program

After your order is placed, you will receive an email from Balloon Room with instructions on where to send all information and photos for your memorial program.

Due to the amount of content needed for memorial programs, all details and photos will be collected through email so we can properly design your program.

Please be prepared to include the following information:

• Full Name of the Deceased

• Date of Birth (Sunrise)

• Date of Passing (Sunset)

• Location of the Service

• Date and Time of the Service

• Church or Funeral Home Name

Program Content

• Order of Service

• Opening Prayer

Photos

Please send high-quality photos you would like included in the program. These may include:

• Main Photo for the Cover

• Family Photos

• Childhood Photos

• Life Memories

• Any additional images you want included in the collage

Because many programs contain multiple photos and detailed information, all files will be submitted through email after your order is placed.

Once everything is received, a design mockup will be created and sent for approval.
